Seems like every other commercial on tv lately is a ford commercial with "Dirty Jobs" Mike Rowe putting down differerent toyota models. I wish Toyota would do some type advertising against ford. They havn't started on the Tacoma yet but if they do I will probably take a baseball bat to the tv. Does anyone else feel this way? I LOVE TOYOTA. Thanks,

The best part of those commercials is how Ford brags about the "F-Series" being the best-selling trucks for how ever many years in a row, outselling Chevy, Dodge, etc... The fact is that the Fort F-series is a SERIES of trucks. Of course a series of trucks is going to outsell an individual model.

    Silly Ford...

Is it any less of an accomplishment to be the best selling product line than the best selling product? I think Ford is saying they outsell ALL of GM's line and Dodge's line. But I could be wrong.

Take it as a compliment; FORD did not take a G-O-V-loan $$$$ and still has to compare to TOYOTA.....

It's not less of an accomplishment to be the best product line versus best single product...but it is dishonest and shady to compare your product line to a single product and imply that you are better because you sell more.

On that note- over to General Auto..

No they just got bailed out privately on the side...Still needed a bailout though.
