    Really you should start a stand alone thread for this project. I would subscribe. Plus you can always forward the link to friends and family in the future. It will save you quite a bit of time explaining and sending pics to people who are interested in the project.

    This has bugged me for a while now. I’ve tried changing several things and nothing seems to help. Am I pushing the router too fast? Are the rpm’s set to high? I’ve used a new router bit and it still happens. Not a particularly high end hit but a Bosch.
    This is walnut but it happens with oak and maple too.
