I might have a spare I can sell you if it’s beyond repair.

Would you happen to know/be able to measure the breather line on the diff? Mine got cut short and never got around to measure before in installed the diff... whoops...

Yeah but going to follow through with AssBurns' original plan and seeing how much it would cost for RCV to make the intermediate shaft so I never have to worry about breaking it or a stub shaft ever again. Going to pull it out and send it to them if that is what's required.

So the line you see in that pic is actually a hard line and connects to a 2" long rubber line from the hard line to the diff. I am not sure what the length of the breather line from the hardline to the breather. My diff and breather are still installed on the truck, these are my two other front diff's :p cause you know it's necessary to have three.

I really just need the ID of the rubber hose that connects to the hardline on the diff
And of course you need 3, what happens when you blow one up and need to get the truck back together asap?

The front dif breather hose is about 15" long. It doesn't want to pop off so I don't have the ID but it looks to be the same diameter as the 2" hose on top of the dif and the same as the extended rear dif breather kit I have.

looks like 3/8” or so. And I robbed the stub shaft out of one and kept the rest for a sore actuator but if I do this manual tube thing I’ll keep my old actuator and tube as my spare ha

I removed the front diff actuator and manually moved the ring that the actuator fork should move to engage the front diff and presto manual 4x4 haha.

Holding the actuator in my hands should I be able to slid the fork back and forth along it's shaft or should it be stiff? I can't seem to move it by hand and I feel like I should be able to. Does that mean it's seized?
    IMG_20210930_171016.jpg

Currently the fork is seated in the 2x4 position. I will try putting power directly to it and see if that moves it

I made more progress on these two carbon fiber steering wheels. I am almost done with the carbon part and ready to move to leather and electronics!

I ordered these lights for my son's 4Runner, but they didn't fit. So I put them on my ARB bumper and he gets my old lights on his ARB bumper.

The upper bar is about an inch lower on the earlier ARB bumpers.
