I think this is my favorite taco yet... mid travel front with spring under rear on 285. Thing drives so nice and is such a sleeper! All it needs is a TC pump to be perfect

I think they are actually 255/85/16 which is about the same as a 285/75/17 or a 33x11

What's the science behind having the shocks canted forward so much. Most gofast have them like that. Where we set them closer to vertical for what we do.

I think it's just trigonometry, and how much travel do you want out of a given shock size...

    Math and science:)

It’s so you can get 19” of travel out of a 14” shock. (Keeps the shocks under the bed)

Maybe, I mean some "claim" that having shocks angled towards the center help with off camber and like body roll. I don't know if that's just old wives tails or if there is any truth to that.

I just see it a lot on the go fast guys and almost never out here. So was curious as to if there was a reasoning for it.

Pizza cutters 255/85/16’s. They looks a little wider because of the 8.5” wheels.

So stoked! Thanks for fitting me in Harry

It’s definitely an interesting topic. Many crawler guys run them rearward which has always had peaked my interest as it typically runs less than a 1:1 ratio.

ya'll got me all sorts of confused on how I want to move forward with my suspension now lol. I'm on 285/75/16. Front is pretty comfortable, was thinking of going to deaver in the rear to match comfort. But LT.....

I hear those raptor spec 37” ko2s coming C flavor. Kind of want to try them.

I'm pretty sure most all 255/85r16 tires are E load range since that's a dually tire size same goes with the 255/80r17
