Finally getting around to starting my build.

Still need to trim some fenders, play with the SPC alignment some more, check toe.

Did it eliminate the 1/2 inch dead spot when you first push the pedal down? I’m coming from an 02 with a throttle cable and I hate that unresponsive area when the pedal first goes down

I don't have a Pedal Commander installed on my Tacoma as there is no need for one. There is no dead spot on the accelerator on my 2013 TRD O/R. You may have a bad throttle position sensor on the throttle body or an excessively dirty throttle body.

Last night I popped open my rtt. Seems all the wash board roads I drive caused one of the nuts holding the support bar to come off and the bolt back half way out. Took me about a half hour to get the thing back in. There is a threaded insert in the support bar that was spinning and I struggled to get it to hold still enough to get a nut on it. But I got it on and put a nylock nut on both sides. Long story short if you have an RTT and drive a lot of rough roads CHECK THE HARDWARE! I would have been pissed if I got to camp one night and the tent wouldn't open right or something worse.

Did you read my whole post? The bold especially:
There is no dead spot on the accelerator on my 2013 TRD O/R. You may have a bad throttle position sensor on the throttle body or an excessively dirty throttle body.

These are both issues. The Throttle Position Sensor on the throttle body was finicky on all 05 to 08-10 Toyota Vehicles.

I read it it’s a 2015.. I’m not crazy I’ve read many people say the same thing. Throttle by wire just isn’t the same as a cable

Aimed the retrofits....25ft away at 39" off the ground to compensate for my 3" lift

Is what I'm looking at correct? Should I bring them in closer horizontally?

I used to have a PC on my truck, I removed it when I changed the rear axle gear ratio. When the truck was unloaded/empty the gear swap (from 3.73 to 5.29 with 37's) was slightly better than the PC with the stock 3.73 gears. The driveability was a lot better with the PC than without it. After the gear swap the PC was unusable as the truck was just too "jumpy" for lack of better words. When towing the gear swap was much better than the PC/3.73 combo.

    PC $300
    Gear swap $920
