    Too many to remember
I run the raptor specific 35” ko2’s which are load range C on my 2500HD for ride quality. The problem is finding a shop to “legally mount them” because they are too light duty for a 2500. They do wear faster but I’d rather buy new tires every year then drive a truck that rides like shit

 We have run probably 20+ sets of these on our work trucks and are still running them. Great tires they do get hard and chip out when older but what tire doesn't?

Hard to find anything other than load E in 285+ for 16". Been eyeing the Nitto Terra Grappler's in Load D

That’s not a bad weight for a 37ish. My e rated Cooper mud terrains are getting old to daily drive. I rock side to side coming to a stop because of the giant lug spacing. Rough as hell unless they’re 12-15 psi

RIP the old Firestone steeltex never had issues with them sadly like a lot of things a hell of a good tire lost to "better" performance and now they suck.

You're right though today there isn't much out there. I like them and the AT3 XLT.

Yeah with these E rated KM3s. I’m at 25lbs and I’m still seeing ballooning across the tread in the rear. I could probably go lower to get the tread worn evenly on pavement.

When I had the wildpeaks at3w E’s before these, aired down to 18lbs still seemed like they weren’t aired down much either.

I’m ready to go back to a C tire.

Are you referring to PSI on the pavement? I ran 26 for a while, but got sketched out and upped it to 32. Nothing based in fact, just unsure if that was safe or not.

On my Mickeys forget if they're C or D load range I run 30 front and like 25ish rear. Hauling I max the rears out and long trips I max them all out to try and squeeze every last mpg out of it.

Yes it’s on pavement. If I was on long trips, I bumped to 35-40ish. It really kills the ride on crappy roads though.

That’s reassuring. I don’t know why I thought it was a big deal and went back up. Just seemed so low haha In reality the door says 29 or so for smaller, non e rated tires so 26 isn’t far fetched even with a little extra weight.

You can figure out the air pressure required for a given weight. Most non LT tires max press is 40-44. So 29 is around 2/3-3/4 the max press and max load. Chalk test the tires and then you can also do a calculation for air pressure.

Any preference on the Toyo Open country 285s in C load but weigh 63lbs, vs the Nitto Terra Grapplers in D load at 57 lbs?

I think the trickiest part was the front spacer on the pump. I worked on it from passenger side wheel well. It’s really straight forward.

Edit: DO NOT use oil to lube the push lock fittings with PS fluid. @906taco thanks for the heads up on my misinformation.

Double check you have your pinch clamp on the hose before pushing the fitting on. I made that mistake once.

Other than that, the hardest thing I had trouble with was getting the rack fittings removed. I did it with the wheel on, had to take my steering clevis off and turned passenger to get tools in there. I tightened them from the CV area last time without steering linkages attached. I figure if you have flare nut wrenches it would help a ton. I did not unfortunately.

Toyo owns nitto they are actually really similar. The Toyo is going to be a little softer and more compliant.
