TBH you may want something bigger than a pancake. I say that because unless your’s has a 100 percent duty cycle you’re going to be doing a lot of waiting for the tank to refill in order to avoid burning up your compressor. The hopper holds whatever you’re spraying, in my case fluid film.

Everything is fine, and got back to normal alignment with no problem. Many people run this same set up and fortunately it isn’t required to upgrade the UCAs immediately either. Upgraded UCAs are suggested at 3”+ lift

Not sure if it's the angle of the pic, but is it green? Did you do it yourself?

Thanks, I have the same OME/Dakar setup on my 2nd gen and thinking of moving it to my 3rd gen. I know with my 2nd gen, CV angle and boot fin rub was an issue before adding the ARB and winch to the front end.

Lol, does kind of look green. Not sure if because red light or crap iPhone 8 but it’s black. My 12 yr old son helped by holding up the other end. Getting the spacers to line up was the toughest part. Just takes some patience.

Nothing serious so I won't add pics but finally put the Toyota black exhaust tip on my shortened tailpipe. Also added the Tacoma bed mat.

Dash Designs. It came with these mini-velcro strips. Just pealed and stuck in those hard to curve around places or indent areas. So I poked, pushed until I found all the places it needed them. Worked out good. Really cools the black dash down on hot days.

Here's a link to Dash Designs dot com.

Very impressive. I bought the 7 button one - not the eight since I wanted the rear window button exactly in the center. But now that I see the 8, I like it.

    Nothing major
You guys are making me jealous, I’ve been so busy with life that my uninstalled mods are adding up. I’ve got a skid plate, ss3 fogs, Meso v5 switchbacks and headlight trim plates, arb compressor, shower and usb charger wiring to install. Plus my tuning mic arrived to tweak the system and I haven’t even touched it. Still need to ceramic coat it, and I’ve also got a hitch mounted hammock thing I haven’t even used yet. Oh and need to do the headlight blackout, have everything I need for that here. And have a couple chips to touch up.

One more week of craziness and hopefully I’ll be able to get to all this stuff. Strange thing is, I really only work 3 days a week and I’m still way too busy.

Did take the 3 minutes to install Meso’s map lights, couldn’t resist that one.

Today we had an adventure that started right here on Tacoma World. @DrRoboto posted one of the last remaining Mobtown hidden hitch bumpers on the for sale page. But alas, I am in Reno and he is in Salt Lake City. But Alas, there was another friend who come to our aid. A friend who I met through playing virtual table top game (DnD), owns a plane and loves to fly. So today, I met him at an airport in Truckee, in person, for the first time, and that friend flew me to Salt Lake City where we met DrRoboto on the tarmac.

We exchanged a DRT-Fab hitch skid and some full-strength Reno beer (and some cash of course) for a hidden hitch Mobtown bumper. Pretty sure that makes us bootleggers. And since I had an accident yesterday ( :’( ) I had to take the Camry. So the bumper went from SLC Tacoma >> to an airplane >> to a Ford pick up >> to a Camry >> to my Tacoma.

    Here’s the story in photos.

    Bumper clearance is now 22”

PS. I got to fly the plane for a few minutes. BEST TRUCK DAY EVER!

My set just arrived a couple of days ago. I was hoping to tackle the install this weekend, but family obligations are getting in the way, so I'll have to give it a shot next week. Your install looks great so far! Is there a video that you watched to help, or are you just going off of the instructions in the box? If the former, do you mind sharing a link to the video? Just looking to see what I'm up against.

I’m mainly going through the instructions that came in the box. I did watch some random videos a couple of months ago of people installing katzkin and clazzio on random vehicles when I first got the truck, but they were not that great. I did go through some of the more recent comments on the big clazzio thread and that’s where I saw the info about removing the plastic panels on the back of the rear seat before putting the covers on and making some cuts on the back of the covers to get the panels back on, which gave it a more Finished/OEM look. If you run into issues, feel free to send me a PM and maybe I can help. Fair warning…….. your hands will be sore. Lol
