    Hello All,
    i have a 2018 tacoma with bf goodrich all terrain 265-75-16 and going next week on a very rocky road, lots of big rocks , what tire pressure would you think is ok, 25psi or lower?

    18 to 20 lbs to start, dont go below 10 to 12.

    Bilstein 6112/5160 OME Meduim leaf pack JBA HD UCA 3* retard exhaust gear TRD Pro Sema rims 265/70R17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W
    I have Flaken wildpeak at3 265 70 17 on a trd sema rim 7”. I always deflate to 14-15 psi and no issues so far. Did a lot of trips last year 10+

    I'd do 20 if there's lots of rocks. If its really bad and slow, 15, but man does it take a long time with a small compressor.

    Yeah it takes longer to inflate but I have a vair 88p and it takes just under 3 min per tire to inflate my tires back to about 33psi from 14-15psi

    The load rating makes a big difference on how low of air pressure a tire can handle, so you should look at that first. Es and Ds can air down more than a C or SL tire. I go with 12-15 PSI for Es. Personally, I wouldn’t drop below about 20 PSI on a SL tire.

    Then you can go as low as 8, but anything in the 8 to 10 range is really risky on popping a bead. I would start at 18 and maybe go down to 12. Just remember the more air out of the tire, the more likey you are to damage a wheel/rim if traveling too fast.
