Hi guys, after marking the truck 25 ft away and measuring 39" from the ground i am looking at this...

Do I adjust the beam patter closer so that the cut off kinks are closer? I measured across the headlights and replicated the distance in the patter at 25ft away from the garage door but still looks kinda odd.

The passenger side could tilt counter clockwise a bit it possible.

It looks odd because the projectors are not level. You cannot level the beam horizontally with the factory aiming adjustment, the projectors need to be reinstalled properly.

Are you saying I need to bake them open again, un JB weld and turn the passenger side counter clockwise?

Or the side to side adjustment to bring the two cut off closer?

I’m saying the projectors are not level in the housings, it looks like the passenger side needs to be rotated counter clockwise, which yes will involve taking the assemblies apart. I’d retest before adding the outer assembly lens in the next go around.

Drive it around for a bit and see if the cutoff bothers you before you open them up again. You'll hardly ever see the cutoff end to end so it may not be worth the hassle.
