Confused on Icon add a leaf install

Hello I installed the add a leaf but now I confused myself on how this goes.

Both Leaf sides look longer to me so which goes to the rear of the vehicle??

On one side two leaves go through the clamp and only one leaf goes through the other clamp.

also I don’t see a factory shim or anything. Am I missing something??

I have completely confused my self. Please help.

 

After watching video after video I realized the correct way these things should go and realized I don’t have a shim from factory. Just felt like updating this useless post.
