    Hello new member.

Looking to order a 2022 tacoma. DC/TRD-offroad/6 foot bed/auto. Was told by multiple dealers in North East that they will order me one, but I'll pay above MSRP ($2k-$4k above). Is it like this all over US?

    Thanks

i went through 8 dealers before I found one that would sell to me a 2021 at MSRP, and this was a year ago.

    Oh look, another mod....
Yeah, pretty much. It's especially true for Toyota's. Now, if you want to buy a Ford F-150 or a Honda, you'll probably get a lot lower than MSRP.

You're not getting an F150 or Honda anywhere under MSRP here in my part of the North. No lots have any stock and ones that do are proud of what they have...

I guess I was lucky last November. Got my DCLB OR 4k under the sticker. They gave me a Price, I gave them my offer and when we didn’t meet, I started walking towards the door and they suddenly agreed.

Honda was offering 0% financing on Pilots but not the Ridgeline. Ford was offering 0% financing on most F150s and Rangers. Dealer's were marking up the Super Duties.

Interesting. Most superduties go for $10k-$15k off sticker so I wonder what people are paying now.

Same, unbelievably lucky to order my '21 DCLB OR exactly as I wanted it and get 4k under with 3 week wait and a late October delivery. Couldn't imagine shopping new vehicles today.

Mark Miller in Salt Lake City sells Pros for MSRP and everything else for MSRP minus $500. I dealt with Greg Rolfe. Super easy to deal with. $500 refundable deposit to get in the allocation line.

if you reside in the northeast, I'd check out Tarbox Toyota in Connecticut. I grabbed a 2021 SR-5 there. Paid $36161, came with flaps , door sill protectors, tonneau cover. If I recall it was $1600 under sticker.

Average here is $1500 discount bellow MSRP. But TTL will put you above MSRP OTD.

My Tacoma was a different story. I basically stole it in late 2019. Now the value as you know is more than I paid 2 years ago
