Their website says though that the ones that come with the front/rear kit - 0-1" are good for up to a 2" lift.

4th on the left and 3rd on the right to fix the Taco Lean.

I went with the full packs on Option 1 setting as I don't have much permanent weight back there. It did put me up about 1.5in over Stock.

Standard 5100s front and extended travel rears on my ACLB.

    They work wonderfully.

I went out and did some measuring today. Fortunately I don't have enough taco lean for it to bother me.
Full tank of gas and 1 Walmart 40 case of water in the center of the bed I was at:

    Driver front 20 3/8
    Passenger front 20 1/4
    Both rear 21 3/8

Unfortunately at this time I can't afford the full packs. Ill save that for the next truck which will be a 4wd!

I would definitely spend the extra few bucks and get the extended travel 5100s if I get new rear shocks. But I know there are lots of people running a 1.5” AAL with the standard 5100s with no problems... and I from what I can tell, the standard 5100s aren’t actually 1” longer than stock. Maybe I’m wrong on this, but from what a few others have said in a different threads that I’ve come across (and in the screenshot I posted), they sure don’t appear to actually be an inch longer.

My thing is, if my stock shocks are as long as standard 5100s, then I’ll happily roll with the stockers. I have a feeling a lot of people have been buying rear 5100s because they think they’re necessary for an AAL, but I’m not sure they actually are. I’d love to be able to confirm this 100%.

Good numbers. I wouldn't mess with the lean or rake. Just take both ends up the same.

The leafs made me go up 1.5in which has worked out well.

    Good stuff.

I think you will be happy and do not see how the stock overloads do anything. The multiple thin leafs in the Icon packs are much more effective, IMHO.

I think you are spot on.

There is a a lot of control that the 5100 rears add. I did a 4k trip with just the fronts and leaf packs. Getting the rears after the trip made a big difference.

Just pay attention to the wider sleeve on the extended travels and cut it down to fit.

I'm guessing it won't really matter whether I go with ICON or Toytec then? All these AAL'S seem exactly identical.

I honestly don't know anything about the Toytec stuff. I like the number and feel of the Icons and they have been quiet after about 6k, two wheeling trips, and a couple washes.

That's good to hear! And they're also cheaper! Did you have to cut anything while installing them? Or did they get that bracket relocated after people had to do that?

They dropped right in. Did them by myself in about 2hrs. The parking break guide was the only question and it was easy to deal with. I'll try to grab a pic.

Awesome! Thank you! I've also read a few things about that. What was the fix for that?

    You're welcome.

Yeah. I reamed the mounting hole and attached it to the one leaf keeper. It has worked well. Painted it black as it stuck out compared to the stock location.

Been awhile but wanted to follow up on a post from this summer. Hopefully someone may find this helpful.

After running air bags on a 2019 TRD for a couple years to deal w/ hauling a 3,500lb trailer and hating the daily ride I ditched them. I ended up going w/ a Deaver 1” spring pack and Billstein 5100’s. I set the fronts to “0” and w/ a canopy the rake is maintained right at 1”, which I wanted. The fronts at 20.75” and rear 21.75”. Couldn’t be happier how it turned out and the ride when hauling is significantly better then w/ the factory shocks and airbags.

I posted this in the “What have you done to your 3rd gen today….” I installed the Bilstein 5100’s with the factory coils. Front on the 4th perch and did the rear AAL. Also installed the carrier bearing drop kit and the differential drop kit, then had some new 265 Falken Wildpeaks installed. I have the vibration at around 23 mph and again at 49 mph in the steering wheel. Put it in 4WD and the vibration is still there, so don’t think it is the needle bearing. In an attempt to try and isolate the vibration, I took out the differential drop kit and test drove - no change; then took out the carrier bearing drop kit - no change. Only thing left is getting an alignment. If that doesn’t solve it, time to tear the front end apart again and make sure all is good, and if so then may do the ECGS upgrade anyways. Read in a couple strings about putting it in 4WD at speed when the vibration starts. Did that and still no change. The positive camber is apparent just sitting there, so I will reinstall both drop kits when I get back and go get an alignment and see if it is possibly that….
