    They question him but all he will say is

    They bring in a psychiatrist who determines the guy is insane and commits him to the state mental institution.

    When he arrives they do an intake interview.
    All he will say is

    For six months they give him specially formulated medications and treatment.

    Still, all he says is

    “I want to break all your windows”

    They decide to try a different tactic and bring in an attractive female psychiatrist.

    “Hello, I’m your new doctor. What do you want to do?”

    “I want to take you to the abandoned barn across the street”

    She gets excited at the breakthrough. “Yes. Yes. And then what?”

    “I want to take off all your clothes”

    “Okay, that’s great. And then what?”

    “I want to use your bra as a slingshot and break all your windows”
