Not strong enough, first hand experience.

 

JBA sent me my warranty replacement boots from their new supplier a month ago. You need to reach out to them again. They will sort it out.

Is that camburg's ball joint inserted by camburg?

 

Camburg's ball joint got loose in there. The new one from camburg was even worse. Moose seems to have a larger diameter and still not big enough. Moved on to JBA and very happy

 

That's unfortunate. What was camburg's response?

 

Here's their warranty policy. "Due to the extreme and punishing nature of offroad use, Camburg Engineering products
have no implied or expressed warranty." so SOL.

Life goes on and moved to JBA which come with a life time warranty on structure and one year other part.

 

I know they're policy, but did you happen to contact them about the issue? Very well could have been a known QC issue.

 

I myself had very bad luck and experience with my Camburg Ball Joint UCA's. And to moved on to JBA, but now for my next set I think I am going to try the new OME UCA's

 

I got the bad batch boots. They were a harder shiny plastic that I could tear in my hands. Obviously defective. The replacement they sent is a supple durable rubber that looks and feels like the OEM boot. I purchased these arms based on @Texoma recommendations and the color red….

 

Yes and nothing they can do for me. Only advice was for me to find a larger diameter ball joint.

 

I had the same as well as the caps to grease the ball joints seizing together. I needed a chisel and hammer to get them off and by the time I got them off you could only imagine what the ball joint cap area looked like.

 

Shame on them. Rhat seems like a manufacturing issue to me and although no expressed warranty, they shouldn't be sending out a product that doesn't meet what they claim to be high standards.

 

I’m ready for the TRD UCAs. Give me 2* extra caster and Toyota can have my first born.

My boots were cracking, JBA sent me the new replacement ones free of charge. One of these days I'll get around to swapping the boots out....

 

AC Delco ball joint boots is the fix

 

I was looking to get UCA for my 2" lift set up, saw the JBA's scrolled down and found out they are local to me, literally 10 mins. I messaged and asked if i could do local pick up, they said no. I haven't ordered it yet, just browsing around right now.

 

Why not? Saving shipping costs and the hassle of it.
