Buyer Beware: Southern Retrofits / LSC15

Yeah I mean Logan chimes in once in awhile and says he’s working on stuff but doesn’t update anything or post any pictures. I feel bad for you man. I’d def talk to PayPal or the cc company and see if they could reimburse you. Or maybe the shipping company since they lost it. I paid @LSC15 through PayPal as a gift because he asked me to and I was naive. So I’m up shit creek without the backing of PayPal on my purchase. So I’m just hoping that he gets the builds done and with the same quality as before. I’d definitely encourage anyone from this post on to pay through PayPal and do the goods and services and pay the fee. Get the backing of PayPal on your side in case something like this happens.

From the post above he should have all the headlights from the top of the list down to hhpp shipped out this week. So with the 4 sets of headlights all shipped out in a few days I’m hoping he will update the list as well.

yo man wondering if its a new month new timeline? Haven’t had any picture updates or list updates in 3 months despite the above posts. Honesty just need to know if I’m getting headlights at all or if I need to go buy some oem ones. Getting to the point where mine are about to be destroyed by the desert sun and I’ll be running without them.

I can swallow back honesty on an adjusted timeline...being kept in the dark makes this all feel shady...just sayin

 

Not sure how frequently Logan actually checks this but I just texted him telling him y’all were looking for an update so he should be letting y’all know a better time frame for your builds.

I know he’s got a lot of personal stuff going on so not sure how much he’s dedicating to lights at this exact moment, plus Covid delaying car parts left and right too, that being said I’m not making excuses for him either as I was scammed out of $1500 worth of headlights a few years ago so definitely ask him to be transparent with an updated deadline!

Yeah I’m absolutely over this shit. @LSC15 you need to chime in here like now on this. I understand you had some personal stuff going on but we paid you for a service and a product and you need to keep Up your end.

At this point looking at the list and assuming the average headlights are about a grand you have over $10,000 worth of our money and that’s not even an updated list. You owe us some information or some money back. We all have given you plenty of time to get these done and to take time for your personal life and you keep being shady and not responding or upholding your own deadlines. It’s been over a year since I paid you $1300 and your lack of commitment to me and to others is terrible.

The time for me being cool and understanding is over. This is absolute bullshit.

Also, to add to my above post, no new sets of headlight have been pushed out in the past 7 months.

 

How about a list update if you're uploading pictures today. Or maybe reaching out and letting us know of the real adjusted timeline for delivery. Just asking for communication and honesty.

 

Dude I’ve had 3-4 different timelines. I don’t even want a new one just the lights and proof that these builds are actually getting done. He keeps chiming in on how they’re moving along but last time I checked, when I bought these the lights weren’t spaced out over half a year in between.

I stopped taking orders months ago so that I could get all my shit together and get out y’all’s guys lights. I apologize for all the events that I’ve gone through and have taken my time and attention away from builds. I can assure you all of you will receive your lights to the highest build quality. Dude I don’t mind you taking time for yourself and taking care of shit but you don’t tell anyone you’re doing so.. so we keep waiting on builds that never come. It’s insanely frustrating when we are the ones with the money on the line. You’ve told Me my lights were coming the last 2 months and just go dark on communication. My frustration is completely justified. I even have my Wife on my ass for “losing” $1300 so I mean I’m taking heat now.

If you have stuff going on by all means take care of it. No need to apologize. But let us know when you are doing so. We are all basically invested in you so some communication and timelines met would be awesome.

 

Ditto with the wife on my ass thing Billison. She thinks I'm an idiot for giving this guy over a grand and keeps wanting me to start a class action lawsuit. We did a road trip last weekend and all I heard about in the dark was "are your lights even on" and "boy those new thousand dollar lights sure work great". Starting to think she's right I've got no lights, I'm a grand lighter and no defense in any arguement with her because there's like 9 or 10 guys actually on the list before me and my name isn't even on there so who knows where the hell i stand.
