I have an idea for a useful product for Toyota Lexus off-roaders.

Rear shock bolt protective skids that aren't oversized and bulky for people with Dobinsons, King, or Fox top-mounted pistons. I'm beating the hell out of my rear shock mount bolts and washers from crawling over rocks. I have some that were made for Tough Dog bottom piston designs but are way bigger than needed.

 

I will after Ryan is done using my front end kit.

I let him borrow it to replace his LCA.

Damn, let's see that damage.

I did hit the rear lower control arm mount a few times already; that non-weld skid actually came in clutch. Really, the Eimkeith piece is much better but that requires welding on.

As I learn to do more, I'd be happy to whip something up if needed. I get to keep everything I do/make here anyway.

 

That guy was the best character of the show, at least so far. Still got one more ep to go
