    We were quoted a Performance 96, because that's what they have in stock.

    Don't know how much BTU we need. Currently have a Bard 115,000BTU that's either from '88 or '05. Square footage is 1,456. The ductwork is completely backwards, supplies where returns should be, returns where supplies should be, not much flow to the top floor because of the maze of ductwork and some of the ductwork even doubles back on itself. Also, a big problem would be all the asbestos sealant on the joints which makes making the ductwork more efficient...damn near impossible.
