Hope you feel better. I’ve been chest congested for a long time now and starting to wonder if it’s the cat we’ve inherited along with our dog , or something else. Seems like no matter what I do or try doesn’t work. I changed from Zyrtec to Claretin and I’m hoping that helps. Another doc appointment Friday. Might try for sooner.

Well, busy day today. I got my sewer line being re lined ( trench less) from inside. Waiting for them :spending:, then to see surgeon. Maybe try to get in to see my own doc who’s across the street instead of waiting till Friday. Slept much better with a bunch of pillows propping me/ reclining me. My BIL has been using my bed last few days so I tried this and it worked ok. Well good day everyone

@StayinStock see any deer yesterday? And good luck

Edit: My bed reclines and so does my wife’s, it would be much too uncomfortable with this shoulder as it is .

dampers work.. the variable speed fan and staged heat would be best with that application. If you zone with dampers with single speed fan and single stage heater it will need a by-pass damper, it’s illegal in some states & a big energy waster. Without seeing the job, I can only imagine the layout.
The best investment would be replacement of duct, but only if your going to stay in the house for 10-20 yrs
Try to find someone who can demo without notifying the EPA about asbestos remediation.. it can be overkill due to the cancer concerns. But just think… your breathing it now
Your house is under 2000 sq so it can’t be to to bad. Maybe it takes cracked eggs to make an omelet as they say

I ripped the asbestos insulation off of all my steam pipes without even a respirator and there’s nothing wrong with me. I also played football without a helmet. The man is teaching us to be such pussies today. :annoyed:

Ok. We'll see what he says about the ductwork. This is our one and only house we're going to buy, so it might be worth it to bite the bullet and upgrade the ductwork.

Thanks for the advice, Reef. You're good people.

    From yesterday:
    IMG_20211004_120400.jpg

He likes to sleep butted up against me at night which slowly migrates me to the edge of the bed because I move around a lot. Last night, he ended up under one of the blankets (not his usual) and when one of his feedings went off I saw him crawl out with static electricity sparks everywhere.

Would have been fun if I had a balloon.

    That gif too funny!
Wife tells me not to do it but my girl Skidder, when she gets static real bad I wipe/rub her down with a dryer sheet. I use the plain no scent ones.
    Cat seems to like it:notsure:
