I have to change my steering pump. I’m planning on cleaning it before hand lol. Going to pick up some degreaser and put at least half my ass into it.

Got the new leaf pack in last night. Only 1 nut on the Timbren ubolt flip as a bit sticky. Everything else just came apart np.

I think I got really lucky. This looked like it was broken for quite some time. The bump stop plate was holding it mostly together is what it looks like.

When my locker stuck on a few weeks ago, and I drove it home locked in the rear end chirping around each turn in town. I am pretty sure that added tension popped the leaf out from under the bump stop plate. That would have been bad to happen out on the trail or on the highway. Not much holding it together when the top leaf is broken.

Good thing we noticed it when we did and its all fixed now.

This lip on the 2nd leaf was holding your leaf pack together:

What? You haven’t done that yet? I don’t want to hear on the 28th that you are bailing on the fright night poker run.

JK, let me know if you need a hand with the truck.

I mean, if you're going to spend 10,000 yen on a JDM leather shifter air dropped from 株式会社エスクリエイトです in Osaka anyway... :anonymous:

Toying with the idea of selling my street bike and building a dedicated crawler to go on these trips with y'all.... I like wheeling my 3rd gen, I just want something I can whack off stumps and not care, let alone brush a tree branch and cringe
