I'm guessing they are trying to soil the $GME waters by polluting it with malfunctioning "Sure ThINGS" over and over to try and scare off people who didn't sell at $250 ;)

when they announced they had bought rocket motors from firefly, I was convinced that their next attempt will be successful.

I will play the run up like I did last time for them and rklb.

still lots of opportunity for both to make some $$$.

I scour the space internets daily so I can get as much of a lead on the situation as possible.

I will post up here when I learn of future launches for either so we can all take the ride.

So all these out of nowhere no-name tickers that have been pushed hard (there's a few new ones every week!) are orchestrated pump and dumps under this new fun term that really only showed up en masse in January of this year...

The Short Squeeze! dun dun dun!

Put on your finest tinfoil garments and let 'ole kairo explain how you're going to become the latest generation of the finest dogshit company bagholders. And yes, most of this is going to tie into GME because the most work has been done on that to use as a reference point.

Whether it's enterprising twitter traders with large followings or hedge funds with bot armies, all of these super hyped companies popping up out of nowhere with "extreme short interest" and a seemingly overlooked future because the big meany hedge funds have kept them pushed down to nothing for years are targeted to take your money.

Do tons of these stocks have really high short interest? Yes. Have they had extremely high short interest for likely years? Yes. Have any of them squoozled as of yet? Nope! I can't think of one of these pushed tickers that had a legitimate squeeze. A 50% or 100% run up in a week or two does not a squizzile make.

"Short Squeeze" is the next bandwagon for strike it rich, win the lottery, find gold in the Yukon.

There were a few dangerous gamma ramps in January caused by MM algos full delta hedging wayyyy OTM calls and it almost collapsed the market. But they stopped that pretty quick. They turned off the buy button on the most dangerous tickers, shorted the shit out of them at the top of the ramp, did all the selling on lit markets and buying on the dark markets and slammed all of them back into the dirt.

"All shorts must close." Ah, that was a fun few months working out exactly how/when that was going to happen. Fact of it is, as it turns out, all shorts don't have to close -- well, at least any time in the near future.

Short interest is kicked down the road to avoid squazzles in a few ways. OTM married puts, OTM puts exercised and shorted leading to FTDs. FTDs are then rolled with more options plays (or they just pay a fine which would like you and me getting a nickle fine on a $100 scam. Bundling into swaps and trading those, moving stocks in and out of ETFs, the list of shady and illegal things that can be done to avoid covering shorts is nearly endless. My personal favorite is MM1 writing deep ITM calls to MM2 who buys them, immediately exercises them, and then *poof* here's a few million more synthetic shares to short. Do that every FTD cycle and you never have to close anything cause you can just keep making more shares. "Yah, we covered our shorts. Look, we hold xyz million shares in call options. That's good collateral!!!"

How do we know this is true? Let's take a look at GME from a mile high view.

Published SI in Jan was somewhere around 140%. That was probably pretty accurate because every high schooler with a robinhood account didn't know anything about SI at the time and the MMs and HFs hadn't figured out they could grift people on "squeeze" plays yet.

We know for a fact that the shorts did not *close in January on GME. You're just gonna have to trust me on this cause I don't have all of the research here with me, but there's mathematical proof and sworn testimony (which you can either trust or not. I don't. The math is good enough). If the shorts never closed and it's now 9 months later, where tf is the squeeze? See above. That can has been kicked so many times it's probably nothing more than a poor rusted shell of aluminum.

Then for months, what did we hear? Melvin covered their short position (covered, yes. Closed? No), Forget Gamestop, Forget AMC, etc.
And while we're busy forgetting all of real problem children (GME, AMC, KOSS, BBIG, BBBY, SNDL, and others) "short squeeze" enters the vernacular. All of a sudden everything is short, and everything is primed for a squeeze and that is being pushed hard on twitter, reddit, MSM.

Money can be made on these IF you hear about it right as the bot armies announce their next target, and IF you're smart enough to play them as they are: pump and dumps. In and out. Get your 15 or 20% and be happy. Or, hold them long term if they actually have turnaround prospects and appear to be a viable company. When the GME squoozippy starts, many of these high SI corps will also squeeze along with it. But as @Iwilltaco loves to say, "wen catalyst?!" GME is still the only legitimate squeeze play given all the research, the company turnaround, the management team, and the fact that it's true SI is still well, well over 100% (likely upwards of 1000%).

That's the mile high view, and there's about a million more pages that can be said going into the nuance. But, I've grown to hate the term "short squeeze." It's a bagholder buzzword now.

And if you don't believe me, just listen to Citron ;)

anyone else eyeing MVIS? it seems like last time it hit 10.50 it made a pretty good run back up to $20+

it hit 10.30 yesterday and is back in the $11 range. might be heading back up to $20

DRS'd shares or GME NFT/blockchain whichever comes first. Either way it'll be before the end of the year.

    enough to have fun
That's terrible. Reminds my of $AMC continuing to dilute the share pool after it's rise lol

Sooooooo many pumped tickers on WSB it's wild. The only company on there that's being hyped that I like is $TM for obvious reasons.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreet...oyota_tm_investment_idea_18_upside_potential/

But that's an r/stocks play not a WSB play.

Also, theres a short squeeze subreddit I'm not joking. Guess what' they're pumping? lol
