The electrical will be easy with the walls unfinished. I did my whole shop with 12AWG MC cable, outlets every 8 feet, a few fans, and all switches and lights with a 100 amp service. it cost me under 2 grand, copper might have gone up a bit since then, you could do that work in 2 or 3 days tops by yourself and probably 1 if you have some help
