Took the bike touring around Dufferin County. Leaves should be perfect for touring this weekend.

 

Transmission mount came today… After market… About $50 Canadian all in. Funny thing is in my research on TW I had to order for a 2000 T4R To get the right one. All I need now is the 10 fly wheel bolts coming from California through my Toyota dealership and my mechanic can put the new clutch in.

Curious what the damage was like. My 2020 1500 Altitude was totalled when a deer jumped (abt hood level) in front of my dad. Snapped the crank, broke motor mounts.

 

Ouch indeed. He disappeared under… then a puff of hair. How’s the grill?

 

I’m guessing the grill is Toast And by the looks of the steam the radiator is done as well. Same thing happened to me in my taco in 2017… Sucked one right through the rad just like that video but it was 11 o’clock in the morning in the month of June. Had to fight with insurance not to write my truck off and that’s why I purchased the ARB bumper for the next one. Was about $4500 in repairs and I paid for the bumper myself.

my 40" lightbar paid for itself the first night i used it. Managed to catch them crossing the road. I've had 2 other near misses other than that but moose and deer country is no joke.

 

Going to 5 points this weekend, if anyone interested to tag along message me. Level 2 trails only. Easy shit.
