Decided on an HHA Optimizer lite with a .010 pin. I like the single pin so far… just waiting to forget to adjust it while hunting. Handy being able to practice long range easily.

Switched to Sevr 1.5 broadheads and they are the first ones that seek to really fly like my field points.

One field point and 3 broadheads at 80 yards

Not worried about shaving vanes off shooting that close with broadheads?

Usually I won’t because I have destroyed too many arrows but I figured 80 yards I would be safe but I destroys nock on one arrow.

the Sevr broadheads have a little screw to lock the blades from deploying so that’s why I felt a little more at ease.

My son Matt showed his old man how to get it done. Watched a group of does feeding in the soybeans for about an hour. They disappeared then came back out, this time about 20 yards away and in front of him.
