Orangevirus tuning

Nearly 2 weeks ago, I ordered the VF cable and tune pack, but it has not shipped. The customer service is shitty at best, no phone number to call, and I cannot get a response on when the unit will ship. Anyone have the same issues or ability to get ahold of Orangevirus?

Typically, I would plan on one week for order processing and one week for shipping. Within that first week, you should have received a License Master Key email and a shipping notification. Be sure to check your spam folders.

If that did not happen, reply to your order confirmation email and ask for an update.

I did not receive a license key. There was a shipping notification, but it was just the label created, not shipped.

You should have received the Master Key if you got a shipping notification.

Reply to the order confirmation, note that issue, and ask for an update.
