Considering going with 6112/5160 set up. Only want small lift in front 2” max. I see that most install aal in rear, if I have airbags(with cradles) will I need the aal? Currently run them with about 10psi.

6112/5160 (650lb upgraded spring) on setting 6/5. Icon rxt option 3 in the rear. Steel front and rear bumper. Diamondback cover. Got three inches of lift front and rear. Should settle a little. Sliders and skids in the future.

    Anyone running the JBA UCA?

Im going to get my truck aligned tomorrow and see what I can get out of it. I don't do any crazy off roading as its my daily driver. Thoughts?

Skinny Toyos installed. It's looking like the poor thing skipped leg day... But, I like it!

Not running JBA. For alignment numbers look for 0 camber 3-0 - 4+ caster 0 toe.

    Too many
On the 6/5 setting with an icon AAL. I got 2.5 in the front and rear.

love the setup and the ride is leaps and bounds over the sport stock shocks. I added the sumosprings front bump stops which have been fun. Recommend.

How' ya likin' that Diamondback cover? At it's lowest point inside the bed, how much room do you have from the top of the bed to the bottom of the cover? Just curious.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

So I read so many post but I can't get a clear answer for what I need to buy. I have a rsi smartcap and I will be getting a RTT so total weight will be 340lbs. But the RTT will only be on when I go camping. Hence I need the rear to be higher with a rake.

My plan is to get 6112/5160. I want a 2" lift with a rake. I'm planning to upgrade my leaf pack to Deaver Stage II with this shocks combo. From what I heard, you dont need anything else to install the shocks and leaf pack? I know I need to get addtional U-Bolt when I purchase the leaf pack. People in this post said I need to drop the front diff? So confused. I do know I need to set my front to 6/5 from what I understand. Some people did extended brakes line and some did brake line relocation? What do I need to buy exactly because I want to get everything all together when I drop my truck off for installation. Thanks for the tips

My Deaver full leaf packs came with a full U-bolt kit. The brake line relocation is a simple bracket that takes 2 mins and I'm pretty sure it came with the Bilsteins. I didn't do any front diff drop or carrier bearing drop (this is only needed if you're getting vibration after the lift) I did do the ECGS bushing the same time as the lift. I have zero vibration.

Sounds like I have everything I need to install when I purchase my 6112/5160 Blisten and Deaver Expedition Stage II leaf pack? Thanks for the information!

I’m planning to buy the leaf pack from Offroad Alliance and the Blisten kit from Shock Surplus.

Ill echo what was said above...
My Deavers came with new U-bolts and bushing. If you're worried, simply ask whoever your vendor is what will be included. My suspension parts came from headstrong off-road and had everything I needed. Your 5160s will include a relocation bracket for the rear brake lines. No diff drop is needed.

Just to add, the 5160 rear shocks are identical w/ the exception of the driver side (left rear) having the relocation bracket. You only need one bracket for the brake line relocation.

Thinking of this exact setup. Did you have to cut anything to fit those tires?
