    Okay got a question here...

Ordered some All-Pro Standard Leaf Springs, and I can't for the life of me find out what length U-Bolts I need.

I want to get the 3.5" Durobumps w/ flip kit and would like to order them before the leafs get here, because I don't want to just be waiting on some u-bolts to get the suspension completed on whatever random weekend.

Most responses I've seen using the search is "just measure." Yeah, that kinda sucks when you need to drive your truck to work and need to do the suspension on the weekend.

I was wondering if anyone was running these with a flip kit and can tell me the u-bolt length. Maybe I'm SOL.

I can measure the ones that came with mine in a little bit. How thick is the leaf pack?

That's not a measurement. How many inches

Don't have the leaf pack yet, so not sure. Should be here next week.
Also tried looking this up, but couldn't find anything.

Here's a photo of the ones that come with the flip kit. I would think if you had them ship ones 1" longer that would cover all bases

Edit: looks like you can order them with 8.85" bolts directly, that should be plenty adequate

    Alright, thanks man.
I'm gonna pull the trigger and do that w/ the 8.85" bolts.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
You can also get the longest ones and just chop off however much you don’t use.

Hey all. long story short, my 20 year old son asked if we could go camping/overlanding. He has a Subaru with a RTT, and I have a Taco Pro (mall crawler/poser).

He's always wanted to learn to fly fish, so I got us a river guide for next sunday to float the Yak. We'll probably camp at one of the campsites that night and head home monday (me to Seattle him back to WSU). But i'd like to go someplace Saturday night that is a bit far removed from campsites that he would dig that our rigs could get to without "too much trouble". but we need to be at the Yak (red's fly shop) by 1030am) sunday .

Any thoughts on some cool camping around an hour+ out? Any thoughts appreciated... even the snarky ones :)

Had a rodent chew a camshaft position sensor wire on my truck, directly under the intake manifold. Dealer wanted to charge $800 for the repair, local shop wants $500. Both want to remove the intake manifold and solder. Is that reasonable these days or can someone point me to a cheaper shop? I'm not against doing it myself but have none of the tools right now.20211012_153816.jpg 20211012_153830.jpg

You could head up Blewett Pass, go through Liberty and up to Haney Meadow area, there are a bunch of great places to camp up there and it isn't too tough to get to but has some great scenery. Here is one campground near Haney Meadow https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/okawen/recreation/horseriding-camping/recarea/?recid=57609&actid=104

Pack for cold, it was 23 at the house (less than 10 miles from Liberty) this morning and there was some snow on the hills above Liberty that has melted off.

What's new with all the NW Taco lovers, you all still do wheeling gatherings?

Way up in Canada? Was that a wheeling trip or a road trip?
