    And as to those in handicap spots, just call the cops, hang around and watch them get towed. Much more satisfying.

    Oh it’s with cops or security there. I will not do an impound without a cop or security around. I’ve impounded cars from… interesting housing developments but there is always an officer nearby. Living in a mountain town I towed cars for 3 hours straight because people parked on the wrong side of the road for snow removal.
