I got a little ahead of myself and throw on some 33” 285/75R16 with no offset don’t have any rubbing until fully locked but was looking for a good affordable lift kit about 3” lift to add to my new(to me) Taco.

Definitely DONT put on some garbage SPCs on your truck. Find some real upper control arms that dont look like you pulled them out of a Cracker Jack box.
Also to answer your question, there is no “cheap” solution to a 3” lift with these trucks. You’re look at new coilovers, leaf pack in the rear and shocks, new upper control arms and cab mount chop is a must. That’s how you do a real 3” lift. All else is hack.

i mean…he could spacer and blocks. Truck will drive like shit and axle might break at the first payload in the bed…but it’s cheap..

Thanks, was going to go with a BFG KO2'S but a buddy of mine was telling me about the Duratracs and how they handle better in the snow compared to KO2'S.

Where is it rubbing on full lock?
I’d personally massage the plastics bits that rub as much as possible and just send it from there.

Sooner or later you'll have to do a cab mount relocation. Down the rabbit hole you go my friend.

Billstein or eibach are good cheap options.Add an AAL and UCAs and it can be done on a budget.

Duratracs are amazing in the snow, way better than KO2s. I’ll probably go with duratracs on my next set.
