Starting to get the better temperatures time of year down there now.
I should try and get ahold of some people down there and inquire about jobs.

 

work is plentiful here. Phoenix and it's surrounding areas are booming again.

Considering moving and have a second home. The wife wouldn't leave Nebraska on account of her mother. We could make it work just the same.
Kick myself because after my work there earlier this year I received a call that hinted to a job possibility for me. I should have jumped at the opportunity but instead I just told the guy that HR should have all of my information. The call came while I was at work so a little awkward at the time. Just because I didn't feel comfortable looking for or inquiring about a job on company time.

 

I think I'd have to stay in the power generation line of work (Palo Verde) in order to earn enough to make it worthwhile.
I think same work positions down there are somewhere mid $50.00 hour range.

 

but then we'll miss out on kitty pics.

Yeah. I'm so close to being debt free that I need to try and suck it up and be happy that I'm employed. Plus it would be a almost impossible amount of work for my wife to take care of the house and couple of acres on her own. Not impossible but I think I'd view it as unfair to put that on her...at minimum.
It's just funny how management works here now. It not about your abilities or years of knowledge that gets one promoted but rather how far a nose can be buried up their ass.

Perhaps I need to sharpen my rimming skills?
