Likely only need 2. I have a batwing and run 2 mounts. I did get a 3rd but haven’t used it. If I move up to an aluminum style that’s heavier I would def use 3.

Yeah.. I want a rearview camera (mounted outside on the back of the camper), plus I like the idea of having one facing the backseats/bed.. so 2 there. The front facing would be nice.. but also is a waste of screen imo.. since you are already looking forward. You really just need a front dash cam without a screen. Then I plan to mount a breakover camera on the front bumper and wire that to my headunit screen so its separate and I can have it on all the time. So 2-3 rear facing cameras/dash cams.. 1 separate front facing dash cam without screen.. and 1 separate front breakover cam.

Anyone cover up all the sharp edges with something? I’m worried about my kids and dogs getting sliced up.

Yah that’s where I’m at. You do t have to run the screen going forward but is nice to snag some photos or just record. One less thing on the windshield. I have a separate dash cam too but haven’t had it hooked up since this does both. I need to wire my front bumper style one like you mentioned. That one keeps getting out off.

the one issue I have is is the rear upper camper was when it was raining I couldn’t see jack out of it. Likely need to make your mount extend farther so give some coverage. Once it dried off it was fine but it was useless when it was wet.

Haven’t had any issue with my 3 year old and he plays a lot in it. Now I’ll have to check and see but so far I didn’t think much of it.

I need to solve this as well. In the short term I built out the rails either side of the clips with foam wrapped wood. It's ugly but protects them from imminent bumps and cuts on the clips.

I haven’t had any issues either. I’m pretty careless when opening the latches from the inside. The rear hatch I never use the handle, I like to keep it locked so I drop the tailgate and reach inside to unlatch. I definitely would have sliced my hand by now if there was a sharp spot.

I'm definitely going to have to play with mounting places and views. I'll mess with that once the camper and rear bumper are on.

Holy hell, I’ll just make my own.
No wonder they are charging 12k for a camper now.

Anyone who has the new floor panels, can you take some pictures of them?
    What material are they?
I have my friend with the CNC table working on a set. Definitely won’t be as fancy.

Unless we are talking about 2 different things…..The “nightstand” removable floor panels where you climb up.

Ah I thought they were included now. That’s what I was told. Wasn’t sure if you meant that or the rear molle setup which I hear is now included. Cost wise not shocked. Even when it was lower overall the single old style molle was $160. Not the cheapest when it comes to molle.

I sure hope they are included now. But for me wanting to replace my original ones $400 is not happening.
I can definitely make the molle panels myself but I don’t have a need for them at this point. Blocking the window will trigger my ocd.

Haha I can’t see through my window anyway so wouldn’t bother me. But yah at $400 it’s not a need. spin up a few sets I’m game.

ha I do know of at least one person who built up a toilet setup in their Tacoma. not that I would want to do it. The saying don't shit where you sleep but I had to give it to him it was a slick setup.
