15/8 with the DMZ SUA. Pretty sure the pack is very close to the F67 Deaver springs. And they are made by Deaver specific for DMZ

One of the biggest things I’ve found with bucking in the rear is a lot of it can actually be caused by the front being too soft on compression and rebound being too slow. I know it took making my front pretty damn tight before the rear really started working well. But it’s also mid travel without air bumps at the moment.

Front is 18/12 on the bypass. 10/10 on the coilovers. The rear is not bucking badly. It can just be better. I never had to touch it when I was mid travel front with bypasses. But with JDs +4 kit it’s time to tune in the rear in better.

That's a decent amount of valving on the front bypass. They overlapping style?

NVM. They are. That's the good stuff.

I thought the same thing, that it was a bit heavy on the valving up front. But it was butter in JV over the weekend. The rear just needs some TLC and I’ll be good.

It's actually not that bad being it's an overlapping style. You get twice the flow in the ride zone so you can run heavier valving and still get good ride quality. Do you know if they are 5/8" or 3/4" tubes?

I’d try 15/10 if your rebound tube is turned in a decent bit. Leafs are kinda goofy to tune in comparison to a coilover because the rate is so progressive.

Also going to be shortening my front bumps, what’s with the flat face on those spacers? I thought king/ fox used 1.5x.120 aluminum or cromoly tube for spacers?

2” rear bumps for leaf springs is perfect. Did similar to mine. As for valving since people were talking. 15/8 and rebound wide open for me

So that is my exactly config right now. Though when I was out last Saturday it was 4 inch bumps.
    Now come the questions…sorry.
I was going to start closing the rebound tube to help slow it down. Is that the correct thinking?
What pressure are you running in your bumps?
Have you made any adjustments to the comp bypass tubes??

Ok so where does that spacer go for the bumps?

It goes internally around the bump shaft.

Then wouldn't that be limiting your uptravel by an inch?

No, the spacer goes below the piston so it essentially drops out less. All it does is hold the shaft up higher in the body.

I whipped up these CAD drawings of how I’m picturing it.
