285/75/17 and they are MTs. I had these same size Falkens on my truck before the new tires and friends who don't know anything about tire sizes, trucks, or vehicles in general kept telling me it looked weird. Pics below, could have just been the fact it's a less aggressive looking tire too

Awesome looking truck! So those are around a 34. Did you regear when you went to the 285 75? I didnt think the jump from 285 70 to 75 would make that big of a difference

Thanks man! Have not regeared yet, but will do so as soon as parts are not on backorder, if they aren't by the end of the year, then I'm going to order and just wait on it. Thankfully @Stormpeacock has worked with me for a while to dial in a perfect tune that still gets me amazing power and MPG, so it's not to bad rn.

I'd agree, wildpeak ATs don't look particularly aggressive. The MTs are different story...

Promise I’m not trying to be an ass, but even if you hadn't said it I would I have guessed they were the same size.

Aside from the obvious tire difference, the sizing looks the same or very similar to my eyes :notsure:

On second look I’d actually have guessed Falkens were slightly larger, but it could just be that angle/pic.

I feel like the more aggressive sidewall makes it look bigger. But a 285 70 17 and a 285 75 17 are only an inch differance in height.

Hahaha, you're good man. I think it doesn't show in pics well, and agree with what you're saying from what I see in the pictures too. In person it's more noticeable, at least for me. I still think the gap is way to big with my MTs, but probably because it's just way too much lift in the front. You may have just convinced me to pick up those tires now though...

    Do it.

I’m debating it. Even at $400, it’s still $400 for tires that aren’t exactly what I’m looking for.

Anybody got a 2.5 gen front bumper they have taken off and don't need? I've got a hybrid bumper design I want to build that uses a cut up stock bumper, but would rather not cut up my current one until I know what the end result will look like.
