MT for sure, I believe the AT might have it. It should be covered by a grommet at least to prevent road spray from getting in, you'll be able to tell pretty quick once you get under there.

edit: only other no-no places I can think of would be your pulleys/serpentine on the front of the engine.

Anyone have a shop they trust in southern/western Maine? I've been trying to get a certain wheel on my truck and finally found an option I like with help on TW, but NE Off Road Outfitters in Westbrook is giving me conflicting info on whether they'll fit. I just want a shop to put these wheels and tires on my truck and take my money so I don't have to think about it anymore.

I thought there was some one from the Gorham area on here that has a shop.

What size rim/offset and tire? currently running a method racing MR305NV 17x8.5 0offset (sits just flush with the fenders) with GG ATX 285/70/17 they just poke out of the wheel wells..

2.4" dobinsons lift, and it still rubbs on occasion at full lock. I have a set of 1/4" spacers I am installing this weekend that should cure most of that and give me another 1/2" lift (less rake in the front).

NMW Today, went in through the St. Francis Gate and back to Wallagrass. Saw about zero wildlife except for maybe one bluejay. Roads were quiet, saw some interesting stuff as well as some new construction happening.

Actually that rings a bell now that you mention it. Possibly the guy who owns the VW shop in Westbrook lives in Gorham? Think he has / had a blue 3rd gen

Where did you end up fishing? I do a trip every year, sometimes twice, with a group of friends to fish up there. Mostly Magalloway river fishing depending on flows but have been all over really.

We were on Big Kennebago. Had some really productive days, plus beautiful weather and peak foliage. Usually if we're up there it's on Mooselookmeguntic or Richardson.
