    I would take it to a body shop and let them see what they can do, looks like theres creases in the dent

    body work or a new door skin, but most likely body work would be cheaper.
    a new door skin would come unpainted and most likely cost more.

    Got a $1,300 estimate to replace the door(the door is $700ish without paint). They said that they would need to take apart most of the right side to make the paint match so no one could tell you had the door replaced.
