Only take 1/2. I did it when I was dumb and young. Half is more than enough.

Long story short (pun intended), it does not make you able to "last" longer. In fact it may speed your "release" up some. However you can stay in it for as long as you physically are able. In fact, i started having muscle failure by the time I was done. I had been in it for so long and the girl I was with didnt know I had already came and went a few times. Finally I just wiped a big handful of sweat off my brow and slung it on her back and told her I was all done.
