75m x $1m is $70T. There's no way it's going to be a $70T company even for a brief moment.

$25-$50k is where I see it before it gets stopped. Lets the poors get "rich" but most importantly doesn't upset the apple cart and maintains the status quo.

I thought nobody truly believed in this $10m-$50m nonsense, but my god there's a lot of idiots out there convinced if they hold their one share long enough they're getting $50m for it.

I want $10m out of it after taxes. If I can get there I'm sailed off into the sunset with my $400k a year forever.

I came out to the Eastern Sierra from New Jersey 17 years ago. No regrets and now way in hell I would ever move back. I'm in Cali about 3 hours south of Reno. Do it.

 

Quality of life overall I'd say is above average. Outdoor activities are probably our main draw. Thousands of miles of BLM roads to drive on, Lake Tahoe is 40 miles away, Sierra Nevada Mountains, ski slopes everywhere, mountain bike trails all over. If you need big city living, Sac and San Fran are just over the hill.

Lots of fishing if you go to CA, hunting is kind of a waste, everything is lottery and a helluva drive away.

Median home price in reno is about $530k now. Wages are stagnant unless you're coming in with a good job. Rent prices are getting pretty ridiculous from what I've heard. We used to never have traffic. We have traffic now. It's getting a bit "crowded" with all the CA flight into the area.

Roughly 280 days of sunshine a year, and we get all 4 seasons. Too hot in the summers and sometimes too cold in the winters.

Reno gets an 8/10

 

I forgot what you do...I guess sleet and rain are a bit of a hindrance for construction...

 

it’s a lateral move into another industry, but ultimately, I have huge opportunities for advancement and paid for education at this new place.
