Seems like a perfect harlan tire. How have they been performing?

He really likes them. They do great unless it's muddy wet rocks. I think they are better than the treps as far as harlan wheeling goes, but the sx2 did slightly better than the creepies.

What’s your opinion on the other steering options? As solo moto sports has the tundra rack but it’s 1600 bucks then jd fab has the double sheer kit with the pump and that’s 2000. After doing the full hydro would you ever go back or do you think it’s worth the time to just do it. My racks starting to go out and can’t decide which route to go as I’m getting ready to make the jump to 37’s. What’s your reasoning behind not going sas with how much you’ve done to it so far?

You can get the tundra rack from a member on here for cheaper than Solo.

From who? I am still navigating through the threads as I am new. I saw your group buy for jd’s inserts. Trying to decide if I want to commit. Seems like a good opportunity though even though I don’t need them right now.

Basikbiker. I have his tundra rack as well as a few other guys. He does solid work.
I haven't installed mine yet. I've been collecting parts for almost 2 yrs now for a complete cab forward build.

I linked the thread probably late to your reply. PM him would probably be best he works wildland fire. His dad and him build the racks they are good!

There are pluses and minus' for all the different upgraded steering in these tacos you just have to weigh them all out and figure out what's going to be best for you.

Haha I wasn’t expecting it to be. I’d prefer to support small side businesses anyways. I do electrical and mechanical maintenance myself so I like supporting guys like that. I am not a master fabricator or technician but always willing to give it a shot and I’m sure I will eventually figure it out.

@allmotorrex is doing a landcruiser rack swap similar to marlins kit that I would heavily look into again if I was doing it again. Bad thing about every kit you do you will run into though is bump steer which was my biggest battle doing the hydro swap. As far as running full hydro you loose a good street feeling. I have no feedback so it isn't the best for daily driving even though it's possible. I think If I do like jd fab kit and move my lca forward and gain caster it will help me track better on road and gain better street performance. No for the sas question. I could easily have a bad ass set up for what I have in the front end right now. But I wanted to push ifs and advance it's possibilities and push my limits first. Sorry for the late reply been busy at work lately.

The shitty part about the LC200 rack is it has less throw than the tundra rack which already has less than the taco. Or that's what I've found so far. It'd be nice to see someone actually measure a LC rack throw.
