An asthmatic reaction to mucus in the airways could be a symptom of RSV , but that’s not the same as chronic asthma.

they should have given antibiotics, and in the extreme a steroid for a lil boost

My uncle dealt with that as a kid. Was in a tent, the whole nine. There was a point that the doctors said that death was a real possibility.

He is now a successful IT professional and realtor. If he made it through, your son will too.

Your going to see that a bunch unfortunately. Taking our kids when they started in school...some parents can't afford to stay home with them or day care..day care same thing..a bunch of sick kids passing it around. Make them tougher in the long run I guess.

I had horrible Asthma as a kid and was in the hospital about twice a week with attacks.
The reason I say this is because modern medicine and science have grown leaps and bounds and control of respiratory issues are incredible. Your sons doctor has a great plan and he’ll be bouncing off the walls before you know it

I’ll never forget the feeling of waking up in the middle of the night not being to breathe much from asthma attacks. I had a breathing machine and parents had to give me breathing treatments. I think I did end up in the hospital a few times. Luckily I grew out of my asthma about 99%+
