Can’t figure where the noise is coming each time I hit a bump on the road I get this clinking noise coming from the front tires.

Most likely its your front control arms; very common issue. Either worn bushings or the control arm isn't torqued on properly where it mounts to the chassis underneath. I had the same issue, turns out it was the lower control arm bolts not torqued properly. Others who have the same issue has also discovered that it was the bushings that has worn. Tape a video camera(GoPro/Phone) under the truck, point it to the lower control arm and go over speed bumps. You'll find out right away usually.

I meant Front LOWER control arms, just to avoid any confusion. Mount the Go-Pro down low and point it watching the movement of the front lower control arms.

Might be the brake pads jumping in the calipers. Gently touch the brake pedal the next time you go over a bump and see if the noise is still there.

Also check the sway links, with the truck on the ground. Or even better, if you don't mind the extra work, disconnect them completely and ziptie them up out of the way.
