Hi all. Probably a dumb question but....yesterday I was driving with the cruise on when I get a warning saying the radar was not available, clean sensor. One of our Florida monsoon rains had just finished, the sun was out, and I was driving behind some traffic kicking up road spray, but no rain. About 30 seconds later, the yellow light on the dash went out and it said the radar was available again. Short of disengaging the cruise when the warning came on I didn't do anything, it just cleared itself. Could it be something kicked up from the road onto the round Toyota emblem and then came off? Only thing I can think of. Thanks :)

It doesn’t like dirt/extreme weather. I had a similar issue after off roading when it was all covered in dust.

Just weird. We get heavy rain here all the time and it's never done it before. This time just spray from the cars in front and it has a hissy fit.:notsure:

For sure I don’t know why all of a sudden. I did ceramic coat my tss sensor which seemed to help with the road crap sticking to it

You never know it may hit the sensor just right … and boom code. But it’ll be fine
