What I look for in reviews are common problems that a lot of people are having. They're the most like to be legit. And yea, you'll find the operator error / stupid buyers in the one star ratings too.

Remote in pocket - maybe button pushed by coin or other object.
Fob playing by kids or wife.
Haunting by the old Asheboro ghost.
Mine would go off while watching tv, rotating tires, sitting down with laptop, carrying clothes to laundry room. Usually it was due to having too much stuff in my pocket with the fob.

Its probably an issue with the fob... at this point I'm surprised it still works. Im a 19 year old college student so children is the last thing I need rn

Installed CatSecurity purchased from mid-Atlantic off road. I’ve been a victim of catalytic converter theft on one of my cars recently, now I’m getting into preventative measures, I’ve also ordered a dual dash cam. Pics of tht will be soon

Mine did that but I finally figured out it was when I left my phone in the truck for a bit and the text message alert would set off my glass-break sensor haha.

    The wheels are 18x9
    Offset is -12
    2” spacer in front
    3” spacer in the back
Bigger in the back to make them even. I do not like how the lift spindle makes the front stick out further than the rear.
    Tires are 275/65/18 (~32)

I live in Phoenix, AZ so the sun is brutal most of the year. I use a dash cover and Armor All Protectant Wipes on the dash and all the plastic. I suppose I'm not a fan of the window shades, but if they automagically deployed themselves, i could be persuaded to try them.

I’m really debating a Stoptech BBK. You feel a big difference?

I'm no suspension expert, but i've heard that anti-sway bar is good for on road and less good for off road. I've spent time looking for a anti-sway bar disconnect for the Tacoma. No luck so far.

Got it washed off from the muddy weekend. noticed some dirty spots so it may get washed again. Also looking at new lighting for the truck. driving those trails and minimum maintenance roads in the dark made me realize that just stock headlights aren't going to be enough. now debating getting ditch lights for my next upgrade instead of the fog light install I was originally thinking of.

I think you are missing my actual point. I’m not saying the oem battery is better. What I was trying to convey was that all batteries produced now are less superior to batteries made 20 years ago.
