    gotta love the fact that the guard makes us get the flu mist every year...wife, sis-in-law, and 2 kids were all sick in the house the other week and i wasnt

    in the guard, the only ones that get the shot over the mist are over 50 and/or pregnant. everyone else has to get the mist. neither really bother me.

    Some teacher invented it a few years back...
    IIR, there is a connection between taking zinc & beating a cold.
    This chick invented it & apparently if you take it at the onset of a cold/flu it makes the symptoms way less severe.
    I was getting cold symptoms two weeks ago & took it twice...
    My wife got sick. I did not.
    I have no idea if it was luck, but I'm going soon to get more.
