Especially considering they have stated several times that the spoiler was an essential piece to the car and it clearly came off anyway.

Edit: the spoiler was still attached but yes, the bumper should have still warranted a black flag.

Let me get this strait. Chase gets dumped for retaliation of an incident where he was in the lead and though he held up the person who wronged him, said name dickhead finished 2nd. Seems kinda fair but okay. Then with the season on the line said name dickhead who has not performed ALL year flat out dumps him when he is clearly the best car. Then he is dumped a 2nd time by a teammate of said name dickhead and you feel NASCAR should have stepped in and added more BS to the most popular driver and blacked flagged him! LOL, you guys are some one sided fucks man. Holy shit. Go do some homework, many cars do exactly what the 9 team did every week.

Chase had his rear end hanging off which eventually caused a caution. The 41 got into the 9 because the 9 couldn't drive thanks to heavy damage he already had which should have been taken care of. Literally anyone else would have been black flagged for that damage.

But, now, Harvick isn't the one with something to lose....

LOL, okay man. Enjoy your fantasy land. Kevin needs to put this to bed. 95% of the world thinks he was wrong from the beginning. Now he’s just looking like a little bitch! If you don’t agree with that go ahead a rerun that audio clip from when he hit the wall and the cheers should confirm that most do not share your opinion. I mean he took a pretty big swing at Chase and the end of stage 2 and missed. He was never actually screwed over by Chase. The 9’s move was retaliation for his dumb move. Kevin’s now taking it to stupid levels. If anything NASCAR should be calling Mr. Harvick to the hauler to explain his actions. Anyway, stop being butt hurt. You didn’t deserve to be in the playoffs anyway!!

All you are seeing from the 4 is Harvicks desperate attempt to stay relevant. He can’t be in the conversation with performance so he is choosing controversy. Sad to say and sadder to see but that’s all that’s going on.

Keep in mind, and mentioned many times on the broadcast today, the rear spoiler although critical on some tracks and required, is not critical on a road course or required if it falls off. NASCAR called a caution when it fell off. Right call

    There was no favoritism here.

All b.s. aside... I find it epically hilarious a young driver was able to get into a grizzled veteran's head so bad he put HIMSELF into a wall because he was stalked in his mirror by said driver.

I dont like Chase for my own personal reasons but I have to say he plays the psyche out game really well.

I thought it funny that Harvick put himself in the wall and thinks he has somehow taught Chase some sort of lesson.

On the flip everyone acts like Chase had it all handed to him and Harvick battled his way up all blue collar style. I mean the guy who was handed the most iconic car in the history of NASCAR and the majority of his fans at the snap of a finger. Some people just have a screwed up sense of how things are. The reality is everyone in this sport is a spoiled prick.

I never said Harvick didn't deserve to be penalized or anything, especially if they could prove it intentional, but the 9 certainly should have been black flagged for the safety issue that was his rear bumper.

These "95%" of people you're trying to refer to are actually just the loud mouthed Chase Elliott fans since he's the most popular driver. No different than any other time Elliott is involved in anything. However that "95%" figure is a stretch. Quite frankly I'm not the biggest fan of either driver. But the 9 is all over the fucking track and "he got dumped twice?" Give me a break lol. I'll give you the 4, no question. The 41? No.

There is no point in arguing this point as we will not find common ground. Facts in my opinion are simple. Chase was never in the wrong in this exchange, he has outclassed Harvick on the track and off it across the board. Anyone taking a logical look at this would come to that conclusion. Split hairs if you like but but Chase is the defending champ. This (old guard) pushed him around more than any new driver who has come into the sport in a very long time. He has overcome that and is now demanding the respect he has more than earned.

I stand by my statements. Yes Elliott is the defending champion but that doesn't change the fact he should have been black flagged for the bumper than was hanging off and eventually came off, causing a caution. That's not splitting hairs. Was Harvick a class act today? Absolutely not. I don't agree that Harvick was at fault for the first incident between these two though. You have a bias toward Elliott and that's your prerogative. I just don't agree and I'm not the only one. So I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

So you are unable to pass someone for 40 laps because they are taking your line. You get pissed and run up the track and drag your pipes across the tire cutting it down. That person then takes it upon themselves to see to it that you are not rewarded with a win you clearly didn’t deserve but leaves you to finish where you should in 2nd. You do not see the cause and effect in this? As I stated we will not agree so I could care less. For the record I am a 9 fan but also call a spade a spade. I call my driver out when he is a dipshit. You claim to have no dog in the fight because you seem to feel that makes you more objective to whomever might read this. To be of the opinion you have chosen I suspect you are heavily swayed by the incredibly shit day you have experienced being a Harvick fan. I think Chase said it best. “Have a great off season. Merry Christmas”. Take care.

40 laps my ass lol. But whatever makes you feel better. Like I said, I'll agree to disagree.

As for your other comment, I'm a Kyle Busch fan. I don't care for the 4 or the 9 but "I call a spade a spade."
