Not sure if you're being sarcastic but it basically "catches" the crankcase vapor as it's being recirculated back into the intake manifold to be burned in the combustion process. This helps prevent build up on the back of the valves. IMO, it's not really necessary on the 3.5 D4S motor since we have a port and direct injectors. The port injector sprays gas on the back of the valves to help keep them clean. If the 3.5 was a direct injection only motor I'd say definitely run a catch can. GM went as far as adding an integral catch can to the newer 3.6l motors to help mitigate carbon build up. Toyota and Ford use port and direct injection to deal with the issue.

The Last Year was fun for the 2020 tacoma still have to add s&b air intake and tailgate remote lock/unlock. debating on adding the DV8 roof rack The sprint booster is amazing. Remote start from 12.volt solutions plug and play is real nice with the cellphone app module I like the no splicing or cutting wires options as much as possible. Also for the lights the trigger 2100 wireless remote box that you can put under the hood is nice as well no need to run wires into the cab. Chrome Delete Everything looks so much better.

Would love to see how it looks once you mount your wheels and tires.

Installed Boomers TRD Pro shift knob with the MESO switch kit. I ordered all the parts and had @oostroma install it all in the shifter knob. He made up some detailed installation instructions for his kit that took me about 15 minutes to install.

Using the extra switch for the train horns. Gotta find someone to make me a new harness as I have the KDMax by @PapaRee and @TWTaco tune so I don't need the ECT switch on the shifter.
    I love it!

I’ll do that. My Partner took my truck for a few days to go overland by herself. I’ll snap some
Pics when she returns. I didn’t take pics after initial install since my truck was so dirty. ;P

Not sure someone else has chimed in, it was a 2WD TRD OR, that's what threw me off. My '21 OR was built in Mexico and has the a-trac switch up top.

Those Helwigs are one of the best bang for your buck you can do to a Taco. $75 a pr? Easy bolt on..... Had them on my '13 and often overloaded the payload rating and the bed never went less than level. Made several heavy trips to FL from NJ no problem.

I have the same wheels, do you have to modify anything to get the TRD caps to fit and stay on?

What size and model of Goodyear tires are you running? They definitely fill out the wheel wells better than my stock tires.
