I slide my rails aft about 1/4", replaced the foam on the bottoms, and reseated the clamps. No matter what I did, I could not get the rails to lie flat after a full reinstall of the topper. The driver's side is tilted inward maybe 10 or so degrees, but the passenger side is about twice as tilted. I did not tighten the clamps that much either. Only until the lock washers began to compress.

That's a nice looking SR. Pro lights do a lot for the look.

Forums are awesome! @radclerk1 and I ordered, talked with customer service, tracked shipments and took delivery of our toppers within a day or two of each other and it was all tracked on TW. Craziest part is we couldn't live further from each other. :) FL to WA.
Topper works great, the majority of the dust entry I experienced yesterday appears to have come up through the gap between the tail gate and bed. That'll be a project for spring.

There's a tailgate seal that works pretty well, like $25 on Amazon. Also, dust comes in from the holes in the cubbies and that gap from the front rail of bed and the sides.

Thanks, I can credit @no-vtec-4me for that. Great guy to do business with and excellent top notch work. I feel like it completes the whole front end of the truck. It’s so nice to be able to have the resources of tacomaworld at our fingertips to get inspiration from everyone else’s rigs.

Finally arrived. Still working on fitment a little. (I know the rear curved bar is still out as well)

out of curiosity when did you order? I emailed them a Couple weeks ago and they told me it would ship out a week and a half ago. Of course it still has not shipped. Starting to get frustrated.

I finally sold my softopper this weekend and I am back to team hard topper. I’ll miss the light weight and versatility of the softopper but locks and dust proofing are well worth the price and weight difference. Now I can actually go on trips and not worry about someone stealing all my shit out of the back of my truck.

I ordered Aug 14th. Just received couple days ago (Sat 10/9). Wasn't in hurry, but that took some time.

So, Ive been reading through the pages in this thread trying to learn tip and tricks for fitment.

I can for the life of me figure out how 1) people get their real panel (window section) flat-sh. 2) the frame bars no matter want to "buckle" in like others have mentioned. I keep trying different positions.

Maybe get under there with everything assembled, loosen and try to re-tighten?

Ok, so moving back those "slots" for the curved bar helped some. Wish it's wasn't hailing and 40° outside. I think a little warmth would help.

I’ve come to live with the corners not being flat. I just took my topper off for winter and put my tonneau cover back on. Now I miss the look!

I'm coming from a Leer and will definitely miss it but I built a locking drawer system so I can still keep the important stuff still in the bed. I'm also towing full time and trying to keep payload light too.

How'd you secure that to the bed?

Also that looks clean as hell.
