Dell is not incorporated in Austin and has no manufacturing in Austin.

That’s a good point. They might be too far north for AE and are on one of the northern plants.

Dell does have a massive data center that draws a crap ton of power. They provide various cloud services.

You’d never know - it’s a warehouse full of servers. Adding humans doesn’t change anything. My facility can seat 600 people - we’ve averaged 50 per day during the pandemic and it didn’t even change the HVAC load.

Server farms are all about that A/C.

That's exactly the plan. Wouldn't make sense otherwise. I have a feeling they are still going to expand the Austin campus, they will need more office space eventually. Why not put a corporate headquarters there too. :rocket:

Why? We’ve realigned 3 directorates to telework, and are moving the full-time in-building people out of a leased facility into this one. Gonna save a half mil a year.

The biggest risk facing all of us (from individual consumers to mega business) is ERCOTs failure to invest in the necessary infrastructure to support Texas energy needs.

Finally got around to mounting my CaliRaisedLED MOLLE racks! Went in super easy and are surprisingly sturdy. Edit: The pics came out a lot bigger than planned, oops.
