Do you find it odd that when he is finding success that this all comes to light? This is the issue. Almost every person alive could be scrutinized for something said at any given time. For most across whatever span you choose. The people reporting this, the people "taking action" could care less about what he said. In most cases those people are also as guilty. Action is being taken because of the fear of backlash from a misguided society. And though unpopular who are we to judge what his feeling are towards another race, persons sexual orientation or his thoughts on other genders. Did he commit a crime? Did he do something to cause a detriment to someone else? For all anyone knows he could have good reason to have formed the opinions he has. Not to mention no one has given what he put in an email into any form of context. Yet on the flip side this man was referred to as "Chucky" by broadcasters week in and week out and that is widely accepted. A murderous doll, in that he took no offence but I hope you can see the irony in it.
Yes are the things he said unpopular, sure. Are they correct in the sense of todays society. Apparently not. However let's look at his actions. Did he do something the undermine females in zebra suits? NO. Did he do anything to harm the LBGQUITFYZ community. Not that anyone can see. Has he demonstrated racist behavior or had a complaint from one of the many players with a differing ethnic background he has worked with over many decades? He has not. So then, who are we as a collective or society to judge him for his emotions or personal opinion on any of those matters. All of you have no right. And in doing so can dislike him for what came out though keep in mind it is not something he spewed to the masses. It was amongst what he surly felt was people of a like mind or in confidence that has been betrayed. And let's take a gander at that for a moment. In most cases these are nothing more than hit jobs with the whistle blower caving and providing such information as to not be canceled themselves or from someone looking to gain something themselves. It is not because of the morality of the issue at it's core. It is posturing for gain. And you the public rise up and are appalled when we are all hypocritical for the like.
Let me be clear, I am not in support of what was done or said. I do not share this persons opinions. I simply do not judge him for having them. I would be a complete hypocrite to do so. As are the majority of you.

@JJ Customs All true but the NFL needs to hold it's high standard on coaches! Can't having them having the same character/past incidents as every classy player...... how people like

• Kareem Hunt caught kicking a woman, now a meme as everyone says he's one of the best kickers in league
• Tyreek Hill with his domestic assault on his pregnant girlfriend and investigated for child abuse as well.
• Big Ben's multiple sexual assault cases
• Antonio Brown always been insane, coming out naked to his female trainer, throwing couches out windows, etc.......

Yet the NFL sweeps these issues under the rug, come Sunday celebrating these guys scoring TDs. You have to really do something bad to get kicked as a player, Deshaun Watson might get the Ray Rice treatment, heck even Michael Vick made a comeback. Just kinda dumb how the raiders will get rid of Gruden for something like this, and happily roster Richie Incognito who is a glistering hope of how a NFL should act "On August 20, 2018, Incognito was arrested and taken into custody after an incident at a funeral home where he threatened to shoot the employees while making funeral arrangements for his father. Police seized two Glocks, three rifles, and a suppressor for a handgun in Incognito's truck."

I can see this perspective and agree. Like I stated before, I have no issue with what action was taken here. I have an issue with they hypocritical outrage.

My biggest question out of all of this... how are WORDS causing so much anguish and turmoil?!?! Like @jsnow77 mentioned in his post... many players actually DID something grievous and were given a pass. JG typed something... years before he was even back in the NFL... and gets the axe. Even if he actually felt that way then... Who TF cares. He should be judged on actions he made since coming back to Oakland in 2018... period.
