It gonna take more time than I thought. Only thing I can do is a couple of very limited motion exercises and a couple that use no weights like a bicep curl and forearm one .Therapist massages and stretches.

Shaved the clavicle, debrided bone , cleaned out some arthritis, snipped one of the bicep tendons , moved it aside in order to fix cuff tear. So I do my exercises and put the sling back on . It will be the sling for as long as it feels like this and therapist say ok. He’s very good and I feel confident about it . Knows my work can be physically demanding and steering big trucks can be tough and blah blah blah . Just be safe out there . You too @Sweet T - ness
