Braves beat Brewers 3-0, lead series 2-1. Its been a pitching battle, Brewers shut out last 2 games, they have only 2 runs in 3 games, Braves only 7. Never expected that! I think the difference has been the Braves outstanding infield play.

 

LMJ going tomorrow since there was a rain-out today. He gets another chance to shut down the Chisox. Last time he pitched there, 7ip 10Ks.

 

I choose not to watch the bottom of the ninth. I want to go to bed with hope.

IIRC wasn't it first and third when Kiki came up, which would be a DP situation anyway..

 

I believe the runners were on 2nd and 3rd.

 

OK now I found it..was 1-3, then Shaw went to 2nd (fielder indifference), though IDK what pitch that happened on.

I do agree it seems strange at that point to not walk Kiki and have the opportunity to get a 2-1

Really disappointed in the lack of Giants fans at the game last night. We show up during all of the regular season games, but apparently not the playoffs?!

Anyways, curious to see who Dodgers are sending to the mound tonight. Would they pitch Walker on short rest or pitch Gonsolin in a win or go home game?
