Sounds like a likely defect then. Throw on another pair, and watch them. If it wears the same as this, there’s an alignment problem.

 

On a Yeti tour I called it teal by accident a few times and got corrected “Turquoise” a few times. I died inside.

 

Well, that’s yeti folks. I think theirs is called turquoise though lol. Specialized calls my bike aqua, but to me it’s teal..

 

Well and then there's Santa Cruz with their "mint green". Haha

 

Santa Cruz calls my 5010 “Loosely Blue”.


To me it looks about the same color as your photo.

 

Yeti calls my wife's bike color Ron, as in Ron Burgundy. I quite enjoyed that.

 

I think evil had a color once called “angry dolphin” that was the yeti shade of blue

 

Evil always has funny color names. *ahem* rusty trombone *ahem*
